Paraboot
Paraboot was founded in 1908 in the Isère region by Rémy Richard, who named it after the natural rubber he imported from Pará, in Brazil, to make his soles. Still produced in France, its shoes are known for their Norwegian welt construction, sturdy leathers and in-house rubber soles. Models such as the Michael, the Thiers and the Chambord have become classics, as at home in the mountains as in the city.
